A look at how we've helped universities and development organisations across Uganda.
Client: DWC Uganda·Service: Website Audit & Vulnerability Assessment
The Challenge
DWC Uganda's website had grown over the years, and so had its security risks. The organisation needed assurance that their online presence was safe from intrusion, data leaks, and downtime that could damage their reputation.
What We Did
Our team conducted a full website security audit, systematically reviewing outdated plugins, weak access controls, exposed data, and common attack vectors such as SQL injection and cross-site scripting. We delivered a prioritised remediation report in plain language, implemented the most critical fixes, and put ongoing monitoring in place.
The Result
DWC Uganda now operates with a significantly more secure digital presence. Exposure to common attack vectors has been reduced, and the team can focus on community programs instead of website worries.
"We knew we needed a security review but did not know where to start. Savora made the process clear, affordable, and genuinely useful."
Client: African Rural University·Service: Network Infrastructure Design & Deployment
The Challenge
African Rural University needed a reliable, secure, and scalable campus network. Connectivity was inconsistent, coverage was patchy, and students, staff, administration, and sensitive systems all shared the same flat network.
What We Did
We led the full project: site survey and network design, VLAN segmentation for students, staff, administration, and servers, campus-wide Wi-Fi rollout across lecture halls and offices, core switching and routing configuration, and full documentation and handover.
The Result
African Rural University now operates a stable, segmented, and scalable campus network. Students access learning resources reliably, administrative systems are protected, and the in-house IT team has the knowledge and documentation to run the network confidently.
"The Savora team transformed our campus network. Reliable, professional, and always available when we need them."
